女子職業高爾夫球比賽配對選手球技與成績之探討

摘要

本研究的主要目的為探討女子高爾夫球比賽同組選手中，不同球技表現與成績的關係。本研究以晉級2013年第1場女子職業高爾夫球賽事的選手為分析的對象，依選手的開球距離、上球道數及標準桿上果嶺數等3項球技分類，以t檢定比較不同類型選手在完成1回合比賽後成績的差異情形。並且以卡方檢定分析不同球技表現與成績的關係。結果發現在標準桿上果嶺數表現較多的選手不僅在成績顯著地優於較差的一組，在同組間獲勝的次數百分比也顯著比另一對手好。至於開球距離遠的選手與上球道數較多的選手在成績及分組獲勝的次數百分比與另一組選手的差異未達顯著水準。因此對選手而言，在比賽過程中不能因為同組選手的開球距離或是上球道數的表現而干擾自己的打球節奏，應把注意力集中在提高標準桿上果嶺的次數，才有更好的機會獲得較佳的成績。

This study aimed to investigate the relation between different techniques and scores by the paired players in Ladies Professional Golf Association. The subjects of this research were the players who advanced in rank in the first competition of the Women's Professional Golf Competition in 2013. Based on the driving distance, fairways hit, and greens hit, differences between groups were tested using the t-test after the third and fourth rounds. Besides, the relation between different techniques and scores was analyzed using Chi-square test. The results showed that the players who had more greens hit not only scored significantly more than the players who had less greens hit, but also had significant higher percentages of winning time than the other player within the same group. However, the scores and the percentages of winning time of the players who had further driving distance and more fairways hit were not significantly higher than their paired partners. Thus, the pace of a golf player should not be influenced by the driving distance or fairways hit of his paired partner. The emphasis should be on how to raise greens hit, which would elicit better performance.
