南部大專院校外籍生在臺旅遊阻礙與旅遊服務需求之研究

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解外籍生旅遊阻礙與旅遊服務需求上之現況與關係，以及不同背景之外籍生於上述變項之差異。研究以南部大專院校之外籍生為對象，於2015年3月期間進行問卷發放，透過便利取樣方式收集研究樣本，共回收有效問卷209份。研究結果顯示，外籍生在臺之旅遊阻礙主要來自於交通方面所產生的旅遊阻礙。而外籍生在臺之旅遊服務需求，亦以交通上的配套措施為主要旅遊服務需求。相關分析結果顯示，外籍生之「旅遊阻礙」及「旅遊服務需求」有顯著低度的正相關存在。差異分析方面發現女性、港澳大陸生、來臺時間較短及每月可支配金額較高之外籍生，其旅遊服務需求顯著較高。最後，依據研究結果，給予實務與後續研究上之建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore travel constraints and needs on travel service of international students in Southern Taiwan, and further to understand the differences upon their travel constraints and travel service needs based on their various backgrounds. Data were collected by convenience sampling from international students in southern Taiwan via questionnaire survey. Overall, 209 valid questionnaires were received. Research results indicated that the main travel constraints and needs on travel service of those international students focused on traffic dimension. Moreover, there was a mild but significant relationship revealed between travel constraints and needs on travel service. By difference analysis, it was found that female international students from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and those stayed in Taiwan for shorter time but with higher budget had more needs on travel service than others. Finally, managerial and research suggestions were provided based on the research results.
