教師人格特質與工作壓力對職場復原力之研究－以台中市高中職餐旅群教師為例

摘要

本研究採問卷調查法進行普查，選取台中市15所設有餐旅群之中等學校教師之287位為研究樣本，總共回收問卷數達253份，有效回收率為88%。透過敘述統計、信度分析、多變量變異數分析及迴歸分析，探討高中職教師人格特質、工作壓力與職場復原力之影響關係。其研究結果顯示，餐旅群高中職教師人格特質整體呈現中等之強烈程度，以親和性較為突顯；而工作壓力則屬於中高程度，以制度政策感知壓力較高；職場復原力屬中等程度，以具有克服壓力較高。其次，人格特質個構面台中市餐旅群高中職教師人格特質對工作壓力具有顯著影響，其五大人格特質中，以親和性對於工作壓力呈現正向影響；再者台中市餐旅群高中職教師人格特質對職場復原力有顯著影響，其中以教師人格特質當中之開放性、親和性與嚴謹性對職場復原力呈現顯著正相關。而台中市餐旅群高中職教師工作壓力對職場復原力則無顯著影響。另外，不同背景變項之性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務對於台中市餐旅群高中職教師人格特質有顯著差異、而不同性別、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務及學校規模對於工作壓力有顯著差異；而擔任不同職務對職場復原力有顯著差異。

In this study, Conduct the method of sampling. There were 253 valid question were collected and the effective recovery rate was 88%.The results of this study as follows: Through the narrative statistics, reliability analysis, multivariate variance analysis and regression analysis, this paper explores the relationship between the personality traits, work stress and workplace rehabilitation of high school teachers The Personality traits and Work Pressure and Workplace Resilience all showing intermediate level. Among the five personality traits, the affinity has a positive effect on the work pressure, a facet to the affinity is more prominent, the system policy to perceive the higher pressure, and the ability have to overcome the higher pressure in Resilience there is a significant positive correlation between the openness, affinity and rigor of teachers' personality traits The personality traits of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung City present Significant influence on Work Pressure. The personality traits of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung City present Significant influence on Workplace Resilience. The work pressure of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung city present significant negative impact on Workplace Resilience. Different background variables present significant influence impact on Personality Trait , Work Pressure and Workplace Resilience.
