銀髮族休閒阻礙、休閒動機及休閒參與關係之探討－以南部地區為例

摘要
高齡化的時代已來臨，休閒生活在銀髮族之間亦隨之更顯頻繁及重要，許多高齡者紛紛參與各種型態的休閒活動，為了使銀髮族能夠擁有美好的生活品質，要如何安排及調整銀髮族群的生活，將是現今社會所要面臨的新議題。本研究目的在探討銀髮族休閒阻礙、休閒動機及休閒參與間關係，透過文獻整理並推論研究假設之後以問卷調查法來蒐集資料，並以統計分析驗證整體模式。本研究將以南部地區從事休閒活動之銀髮族為對象，採立意抽樣（purposive sampling）的方式進行問卷調查，所蒐集之資料以SPSS18.0進行描述性統計分析，LISREL8.7進行驗證性因素分析以及研究構念間關係的檢驗。本研究結果（1）銀髮族休閒阻礙依序為：個人因素、經濟因素、健康因素、交通因素、時間因素、場所因素。（2）銀髮族休閒動機依序為：健康促進、經濟條件、舒解壓力、消磨時間、社會條件、體驗活動。（3）銀髮族休閒參與依序為：運動健身及休閒旅遊、個人嗜好、社交因素、益智怡情。結論：（1）銀髮族參與休閒活動在休閒阻礙對休閒動機具有顯著正向影響。（2）銀髮族參與休閒活動在休閒阻礙對休閒參與具有顯著正向影響。（3）銀髮族參與休閒活動在休閒動機對休閒參與具有顯著正向影響。本研究之結果除可提供國內休閒相關產業參考外，對於本研究所建立之評估架構，亦可提供後續相關研究的參考依據。

The age of aging has arrived, and leisure life among the silver-haired people has become more frequent and important. Many elderly people have participated in various types of leisure activities. In order to enable the silver-haired people to have a good quality of life, how to arrange and Adjusting the lives of the silver-haired ethnic groups will be a new issue facing society today. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leisure obstacles, leisure motivation, and leisure participation of silver-haired people. After collating the literature and inferring the research hypotheses, the data was collected by questionnaire survey and the overall model was verified by statistical analysis. This study will target the silver-haired people who are engaged in leisure activities in the southern region. The survey will be based on purposive sampling. The collected data will be analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for descriptive statistical analysis and LISREL 8.7 for confirmatory factor analysis. And test the relationship between research structures. The results of this study (1) The obstacles for the leisure of silver-haired people are: personal factors, economic factors, health factors, transportation factors, time factors, and place factors. (2) The leisure motivations of the silver-haired are in order: health promotion, economic conditions, stress relief, time consuming, social conditions, and experience activities. (3) The leisure participation of the silver-haired people in this order is: sports fitness and leisure travel, personal hobbies, social factors, intellectual pleasure. Conclusions: (1) Obstacles of leisure participation of silver-haired people in leisure activities have a significant positive impact on leisure motivation. (2) Silver-haired people's participation in leisure activities has a significant positive impact on leisure participation. (3) Silver-haired people's participation in leisure activities has a significant positive impact on leisure participation. In addition to the results of this study, it can provide a reference for domestic leisure-related industries. For the evaluation framework established by this research, it can also provide a reference for subsequent related research.
