愛滋病患者心理狀態、身體覺察與休閒治療需求─個案研究

A Case Study of the Physiopsychological Body Awareness Changs and Therapeutic Recreation Need in AIDS Patients

摘要

本研究目的主要在探究愛滋病患者在感染前後心理狀態、身體覺察之現象與對休閒治療需求的看法，並歸納研究結果，並提出具題建議，其能作為相關人員日後對愛滋病患者休閒治療策略的參考。本研究採用質性研究中的敘說研究方式，主要是透過深入訪談，並將訪談所獲資料整理分析；期能透過故事性的敘說，更有脈絡、更清晰描繪出個案感染前後心理、生理的改變歷程並了解休閒治療需求對於其本身的重要性。依據研究結果，本研究所得結論如下：（一）感染者的健康狀況、需求和優勢並不相同，所以藉由對個案相關資料進行分析評估了解從事休閒活動時，個案所需注意的事項（二）個案在休閒活動的需求上不盡相同，所以在規劃休閒活動時，應該要朝多元的活動方向來設計。

The purpose of this study was to explore AIDS patients about infected mentality and body awareness before and after and therapeutic recreation need view. Summarize findings and make recommendations as relevant personnel in the future to AIDS patients therapeutic recreation strategy reference. The study was based on qualitative research methodology. The research used the semi-structure in-depth interview to collect text. Based on the findings, conclusions of the studies are as follows:1. Health, needs and strengths of AIDS patients is not the same, so by reading case information to analysis and evaluation case required attention about assessment in recreational activities.2. The needs of leisure activities of AIDS patients is not the same, so we should to be heading in the direction of multi-design activities.
