休閒動機對休閒涉入與流暢經驗關係的調節：以參與壘球活動者為例

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解休閒涉入對流暢經驗的預測，並探討休閒動機調節休閒涉入與流暢經驗關係的效果。自屏東地區兩座運動公園，以便利抽樣法選取320位自願者為研究對象。徵求同意後，讓其填寫休閒涉入量表、休閒動機量表及流暢經驗量表。所得資料以階層迴歸分析處理。獲得結果為：休閒涉入可以顯著的預測流暢經驗，並對動作與知覺合一、清楚目標構面存在較高解釋變異量（分別為57%、54%）。休閒動機調節休閒涉入與挑戰與技巧平衡、清楚目標關係的效果達顯著水準，事後比較顯示：在高休閒動機群體中，休閒涉入可解釋變異量為55%、53%，低休閒動機群體的解釋變異量為18%、27%。結論指出：休閒涉入和休閒動機可以共同預測流場經驗的發生，當中透過休閒動機的調節，休閒涉入愈高，發生流暢經驗的頻率便會增加。

This study aimed to understand the prediction of leisure involvement on flow experience, and to investigate the moderating effect of the leisure motivation in the relationship between leisure involvement and flow experience. Using convenience sampling selected 320 volunteers as the participants from the sports park of Pingtung regions. After the participants providing informed consents, they were administered by leisure involvement scale, leisure motivation scale, and flow experience scale. Analysis of hierarchical regression analysis utilized for data analysis. The results were as follows: Leisure involvement can significantly predict flow experience, and has higher explained variance for unity of movement and perception and clearly goal subscale of flow experience (57%, 54%). The moderating effect of leisure motivation on the relationship between leisure involvement and balance of challenges and skills and clearly goal subscale of flow experience was significantly. The post hoc comparison indicated that the leisure involvement could explain the variance of 55% and 53% in the high leisure motivation groups, the explained variance in low leisure motivation group was 18% and 27%. Concluded that leisure involvement and leisure motivation can together predict the occurrence of flow experience, and through the regulation of leisure motivation, the occurrence of flow experience frequency will increase for the high leisure involvement.
