「銀」得快樂,「遊」出生活-台灣景點趴趴走App行銷企劃案

Happy Silver Hair Travel Life - "Taiwan Attractions Go" App Marketing Plan

摘要


台灣銀髮族旅遊市場一年商機已突破40億元,雖然從旅遊經濟層面來看是件好事,但也發現一些問題值得改進。經本研究調查,發現許多銀髮族喜歡自由行,而且希望利用大眾交通工具抵達目的地。「台灣景點趴趴走」App結合了大眾交通工具並利用OTO電子商務模式讓銀髮族群可以自行與朋友共同規劃旅遊行程,讓銀髮族群可以透過「旅遊」與「社交」來達到心理層面「成功老化」的效益並留下美好的旅遊回憶。藉由本系統推廣,除了能替觀光景點的店家帶來利益外,更能增加台灣觀光業產值。

The yearly tourism business opportunity for silver haired citizen in Taiwan has exceeded NT$ 4 billion. Although this is a good thing from the tourism business opportunity perspective, there have few matters identified due to the booming of such tourism business opportunity which is worthy of further investigation. Based on this research, many silver haired people like to travel freely and hope to use mass transit to reach their destinations. The "Taiwan Attractions Go" App combines mass transit and the OTO e-commerce model to enable the silver haired community to plan their travel itineraries with friends. This enables the silver haired community to achieve a psychological satisfaction through traveling and socializing with friends during trips. This App may make travels so much fun and easy for Seniors and hence bring more business to local business and increase the valuation of Taiwan's tourism industry.
