醫院護理人員在職教育訓練與專業能力進階制度之探討

摘要


在這個急速進步的時代,如何妥善管理護理人力,加以合情、合理以及有效率的運用,便成為醫院經營管理的重要課題,醫療機構要能永續經營就需要有優秀的員工做後盾,才能提升整體的競爭力。而本文茲就在職敎育訓練、能力進階制度提出簡單說明介紹,以供醫院管理者在訂定在職教育訓練內容及方向之參考。

In this competitive environment, how to wield the manpower of nursing staffs in an all-around view is an important issue. Accordingly, high performance staffs would be the strong requirement for a sustainable medical institute in overall competitive augmentation. Hereby, we would like to make a brief introduction in the on-the-job training and Nursing Staff Career Promotion Program in of our nursing staffs to refer some available guidelines in arranging the content of on-the-job training courses.
