In this competitive environment, how to wield the manpower of nursing staffs in an all-around view is an important issue. Accordingly, high performance staffs would be the strong requirement for a sustainable medical institute in overall competitive augmentation. Hereby, we would like to make a brief introduction in the on-the-job training and Nursing Staff Career Promotion Program in of our nursing staffs to refer some available guidelines in arranging the content of on-the-job training courses.
