護生參與虛擬社區健康評估網路學習系統教學之經驗

The Experience of Virtual Community Health Assessment Learning System among Nursing Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討護生參與虛擬社區健康評估網路學習系統教學之經驗。 訪談30位四技護生,藉由半結構訪談指引進行深度訪談以瞭解研究對象之想法及行為反應。徵詢受訪者同意後錄音存檔,並整理成逐字稿,以內容分析的方式進行資料分析及歸納。 研究結果發現:護生參與虛擬社區健康評估網路學習系統教學之經驗共可分為四個類目,分別為:學習能力之提升、學習動機之增強、學習成效之增進、網路教材之運用等主題。其中學習能力之提升主要概念包括:提升學習自發性;增強溝通合作能力;培養關愛素養;改善批判性思考。網路教材之運用主要概念包括:網路教材之優點;網路教材之改善;網路教材之增建。本研究結果可提供虛擬網路護理教育之改善參考。

The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the perception and reaction of nursing students being taught by Virtual Community Health Assessment Learning System technique during classroom teaching. A purposive sample of 30 four-year college student-nurses participated in the study. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview guide. The interviews were tape recorded and then transcribed. The content of the interviews was analyzed and categorized using content analysis method. Four major themes of experience were found; promotion of learning capability, enhancement of learning motive, progression of the learning result and utilization of the network teaching material during the period. In the promotion of learning capability, the associated factors were spontaneity of learning, cooperation ability communication in concern the accomplishment and critical thinking. In the utilization of the network teaching material the associated factors were the merit of the network teaching material, network teaching material improvement and network teaching material construction. These findings served as a reference for improving the quality of virtual nursing education.
