人格特質、工作特性、工作滿意度之研究-以苗栗地區國小教師為例

The Study of Relationship among Personality Traits, Job Characteristics, Job Satisfaction-A Case of School Teachers in Miaoli

摘要


本研究目的在於了解國小教師在人格特質、工作特性與工作滿意度之間是否具相關顯著性。並採用SPSS統計軟體進行調查分析,主要分析方法為(一)敘述性統計分析(二)因素分析(三)集群分析。本研究於2008年8~9月郵寄問卷給苗栗地區25間國小,總共發放375份,有效問卷為212份。從信度分析之三個變項Cronbach's α係數皆大於0.7,表示具有一定的信度。調查結果發現,人格特質對工作特性及工作特性對工作滿意度均具有正向顯著的影響,是以建議學校領導者可以多運用晤談、溝通或問卷等方式主動瞭解教師人格特質與其工作職務的契合度與專業表現,並建立合理的機制及教師個人檔案紀錄,讓教師能夠看到自己的成長,也能讓領導者更容易瞭解教師在人格特質、工作特性及工作滿意度上會產生正面或者負面之影響,進而鞏固學校的教學品質。

This research aims to find the related significance of personality traits, job characteristics and job satisfaction of teachers in elementary school. This research adopted SPSS statistical software to conduct analysis and major analytical method are composed of the following items: 1. statistical analysis 2. Factorial analysis 3. Cluster analysis. This study has distributed 375 questionnaires to 25 Elementary schools in Miaoli County on Aug. 2008 to Sept. 2008, with 212 copies being effective. Reliability analysis was then conducted against these valid questionnaires and the three variable's Cronbach's α coefficients are all greater than 0.7. Therefore, this questionnaire survey has certain reliability. According to data analysis, personality traits have positive to job characteristics and job characteristics have positive to job satisfaction. The results of the analysis suggested that school leaders can use meeting and talking, communication, and questionnaire to understand the conjunction and specialized performance of teacher's personality traits and job duty. Establishing reasonable mechanism and personal record files of teachers to enable the teacher seeing own growth and the leader be easier to understand teachers' thinking of personality traits, job characteristics, and job satisfaction. Then consolidated school teaching quality.
