國中已婚女性教師生活壓力與幸福感之相關研究

The Relationships between Life Stress and Subjective Well-being among Married Female Teachers in Junior High School

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中已婚女性教師生活壓力與幸福感之關係。本研究以桃園縣國中已婚女性教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,共發出500份問卷,有效樣本數共407份。所蒐集之資料經描述性統計、因素分析、典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。本可研究結果如下:一、國中已婚女性教師之生活壓力屬輕度壓力,所感受到的生活壓力以「工作壓力」最高,「個人壓力」次之,「家庭壓力」最低。二、國中已婚女性教師之幸福感屬中高程度,在「生活滿意度」方面,屬中等滿意;最近一個月來經歷到「正向情感」的頻率略超過一半的時間,並感受到較多的喜愛與高興;相對的,經歷到「負向情感」的頻率則略低於一半的時間,並感受到較多的生氣與悲傷。三、國中已婚女性教師生活壓力與幸福感間有負相關存在。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between life stress, subjective well-being among married female teachers in junior high school in Taoyuan. Of 500 samples from female teachers in junior high schools in Taoyuan, 407 of them are valid. The collected data were analyzed by description statistics, factor analysis and canonical correlation. The major findings were as follows: 1. The stress for married female who works for high school tends to be low, who can sense their stress form life. The stresses they can sense from work, individual and their family orderly. In other words, the highest stress value is from work, and then is from individual. The lowest one is from family. 2. The subjective well-being for married female who works for high school tends to be middle-high. In terms of life satisfaction, it is medium satisfied. The frequency of ”positive affect” they experienced is slightly more than half time over one month recently, and feels more affections and joys. On the contrary, the frequency of ”negative affect” they sensed is slightly less than half time, and feel more anger and sadness. 3. There were negative significant relationships between life stress and subjective well-being.
