The purpose of this study is to compare 2002 Asian Games and 2003 National Games in the men's artistic gymnastics floor exercise category. A total of sixteen athlete's performance was recorded during the floor exercise finals of Men's Artistic Gymnastics Competition in both the 2002 Asian Games and 2003 National Games. Through this analysis, we get a better understanding of the male gymnast's floor exercise thereby helping coaches to determine the levels of training. The findings were as follows: 1. On frequency of difficult elements for Bonus Points, domestic gymnasts were lower than Asian elite gymnasts. The direct connection for Bonus Points and the direct connection of two acrobatic elements create one single value, domestic gymnasts also were lower than Asian elite gymnasts. 2. On frequency of direct connection difficult elements for Bonus Points and sum of Bonus Points, domestic gymnasts were lower than Asian elite gymnasts. They were lack D-part and E-parts elements of connection in their performance of Men's Artistic Gymnastics Competition of the 2003 National Game.
