本研究之目的有二,一為瞭解國中、國小教師對適應體育在職進修課程之需求,二為瞭解不同級別學校、不同畢業科系及不同區域教師對適應體育在職進修課程需求是否有差異,選取臺灣地區國中153所及國小156所,而研究對象則是在上述學校擔任適應體育教學的教師,每校郵寄2份問卷,合計郵寄618份問卷,問卷回收350份,有效問卷328份(有效回收率53.07%),研究工具採用自編之「適應體育在職進修課程需求量表」,資料分析的方法為描述性統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析,研究結果指出:一、國中及國小教師對運動醫學與諮詢輔導的課程需求為最高,其次為合作與溝通、動作評估與課程發展、身心障礙者特性、科技運用、適應體育現況與機構、動作行為與運動科學、研究與自我進修等課程需求。二為教師對適應體育在職進修課程的需求,會受到不同級別學校、不同畢業科系及地域性的影響,因此,建議未來開設適應體育研習課程時,應考慮到學校級別、教師畢業科系及地區性等問題,以符合基層教師的需求,並提升其適應體育的專業知能。
The purposes of this investigation were to understand the in-service needs for Adapted Physical Education Curriculum (APEC), and to compare them by the level of school, graduated department of teachers, and the location of Taiwan. There were 153 junior high schools and 156 elementary schools selected by the author. The subjects were teachers who were teaching adapted physical education in those schools. Each school was sent two questionnaires, and all schools were sent 618 questionnaires by author. The effective questionnaires were 328 and the effective rate was 53.07%. The instrument was the inventory of in-service needs for APEC. The collecting data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The results of this study were in the following: (a) the priority of in-service needs for APEC was the sport medicine and consultation, and the others were ranked as cooperation and communication, movement assessment and program development, unique of learner, technology, the current and institution about adapted physical education (APE), motor behavior and sport science, and research and in-service training by himself. (b) The in-service needs for APEC of teachers were influenced by the level of school, the graduated department of teachers, and the location. Therefore, it needed to consider those factors to design the APEC in the future, and can improve the professional ability for APE of teachers in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan.
