高級中等學校學生靈性健康與生命態度之相關研究

A Correlation Study of Life Attitudes and Spiritual Health of the Senior Secondary High School Student

摘要


本研究目的在了解高雄縣高級中等學校學生(以下簡稱高中學生)靈性健康與生命態度之現況,並分析高中學生之相關背景變項與靈性健康、生命態度間的關係,同時探討高中學生之靈性健康、生命態度的相關性。 由於圈內欠缺適合評量高中學生靈性健康與生命態度之工具,研究者乃參考國內外文獻及實徵研究,編製「高級中等學校學生靈性健康與生命態度研究問卷」作為調查工具。本研究採取問卷調查法,以高中二年級學生為對象,依不同學制比倒採分層叢集抽樣法,共取得有效問卷1058份進行分析。 研究結果發現:(一)高中學生之靈性健康處於尚可的狀態;(二)高中學生普遍能重視自己與他人存在的意義與價值、亦能致力於人際關係的營造,並多能以理性的方式面對挫折,但普遍對宗教較少認同與依賴;(三)高中學生之生命態度傾向擁有正向的生命態度;(四)當高中學生面對生活中各項經驗時亦傾向抱持正向思考、接納的態度,並能以愛與關懷來對待他人或環境,但普遍對目標之追尋較不積極。 根據研究結果,分別針對學校行政單位、教師以及家庭教育提出建議,以增進高中學生之靈性健康,並協助其建立正向的生命態度。

The purposes of this study were to understand and explore the spiritual health and life attitudes and their relationships of the senior secondary high school students in Kaohsiung county. Due to a lock of suitable research measures in this country in assessing the senior secondary school students' spiritual health and Life attitudes, we consulted the literature both domestic and aboard and developed a Scale of spiritual health and life attitudes to survey the senior secondary high school students. Base on valid data from 1058 participants, the important hindings were as follows: (a) The spiritual health status in senior secondary school students were good; (b) They could attach importance to the meaning and value of others, devoted to built relationship and could affront frustration with rational way. but less cognitive and dependence on religion; (c) The life attitudes status in senior secondary school students were positive; (d) They could affront different experiences with positive thinking and to admit them., condescended to surroundings with love and care, but passive to search for life goal. According to the results, we proposed some suggestions to administrative management of school, teacher and family education to improve the spiritual health and life attitudes of the senior secondary high school students.
