傑出身心障礙者創造性人格與生活經驗研究

The Investigation of Creative Personality Characteristic and Life Experience of Outstanding Handicapped Persons

摘要


本研究之主要目的是透過質性研究之紮根理論的方法,以五位傑出身心障礙者為研究主體,探討傑出身心障礙者的創造性人格特質與生活經驗。研究結果發現傑出身心障礙者的創造性人格特質之主要共同特質為真誠,次要共同特質則為自信、好奇、使命感、開放等特質。而在經驗方面分為生活領域、學習、個人等三要素,生活方面主要包括生活品質、宗教信仰、社會態度;成長學習包含了組織氣氛、楷模學習等因素;個人則受婚姻、家庭氣氛、家庭教養等因素影響。最後,根據本研究的發現,研究者提出若干建議,企盼在個人、家庭、及社會方面對身心障礙者的未來有所幫助。

The main purpose of this study is through the qualitative research method of grounded theory. The researchers used five eminent persons with handicapped as the object, The method that this research studies through the quality, take five outstanding disabled as to study corpus, inquire into the creation personality characteristic and life experience of outstanding disabled, and explain the systematic theory the influence and the meaning toward outstanding disabled. The results showed that the main common characteristics of an outstanding person with handicapped in good faith. Secondary common characteristic is that self-confidence, curiosity, sense of mission, open character. Experience is divided into three elements, namely the areas of life, learning, personal. Life includes the quality of life, religious beliefs, social attitudes; Growth study included organizational climate, a model for studying other factors; Personal factors include marital relations, family atmosphere, family upbringing and so on. Finally, according to findings of this study, the researcher made a number of recommendations, and looks forward at the individual, family, and social aspects will have a help in the future to the handicapped.
