身心障礙者主動性人格特質與求職網絡強度之關係研究-成就動機和致殘原因的干擾效果

摘要


面臨國際化經濟發展與全球化競爭日趨激烈,技術不斷地創新以及新的商品問世,企業競爭相對地越來越激烈,使得我國勞動力面臨因產業地理區域分工所帶動的產業外移,因此對於求職者找工作將面對更為嚴苛的考驗。尤其對於身心障礙者而言,通常因其生理、心理條件限制或環境因素等等,使其找工作通常比一般求職者面臨較多阻礙以及限制。 本研究試圖了解身心障礙者主動性人格特質與求職網絡強度之關係研究;另外,此過程中成就動機和致殘原因是否會產生調節效果。本研究採滾雪球抽樣,問卷總計發放出480份問卷,回收326份,藉由複迴歸分析後得出下列結果: 一、身障者人格特質較傾向主動性人格特質的求職者對求職網絡強度未有顯著正向影響。 二、成就動機之社會取向對主動性人格特質與求職網絡強度之關係未具顯著調效果。 三、成就動機之個我取向對主動性人格特質與求職網絡強度之關係未具顯著調節效果。 四、致殘原因對主動性人格特質與求職網絡強度之關係未具顯著調節效果。 經由實驗研究分析結果可知,教育程度影響影響其求職網絡強度之影響:身障者障除自身生理功能限制之外,亦影響其學習能力、人際互動、就業適應等礙導致社會人際關係限制,致使人際退縮,難以與同儕建立友善人際關係。身心障礙者在就業的過程中,除了需要個人工作技能的培養外,因障礙類別的特性需要持續的支持網絡,來幫助身心障礙者解決在就業方面所面臨的問題。

Faced with international economic development and increasingly fierce global competition, technology innovates constantly and new product is released that corporate competition becomes relatively more intense, which forces our labor to face relocation driven by industrial labor division caused by geographical area; hence, job seekers will have to face more severe test in the future, especially for Disabilities, they usually face more obstacles and restrictions than ordinary job seekers do because of physiological, psychological conditions or environmental factors and so on. This study attempted to realize correlation between disabilities, proactive personality traits and job network strength; in addition, during this process, whether achievement motivation and causes of disability generates a regulatory effect. This study adopted snowball sampling mode, where a total of 480 questionnaires were dispatched, and a total of 326 copies collected; then, we have the following findings after multiple regression analysis: 1.Personality traits of the disabled did not show more significant positive impact on job network strength than job seekers who are more inclined to be with proactive personality traits. 2.The social orientation of achievement motivation did not show significantly positive regulatory effect on the correlation between proactive personality traits and job network strength. 3.Ego orientation of achievement motivation did not show significantly regulatory effects on the correlation between proactive personality traits and job network strength. 4.Causes of disability did not show significantly regulatory effects on the correlation between proactive personality traits and job network strength. We may figure out the findings from experimental study and analysis that education has effect on its job network strength: The disabled, in addition to their physical functional limitations, education also affects obstacles including but not limited to their ability to learn, being interpersonal and being adapted to employment, leading to restrictions on interpersonal relationships, resulting in interpersonal retreat and feel difficult to establish a friendly personal relationships with peers. During the course being hired, the disabled, in addition to the need to develop personal skills, would need sustained support network due to category of obstacle to help them solve problems suffered in employment.
