Future Imagination and Futures in Education

摘要


未來想像被視為個人在面對未來挑戰時須具備的重要能力之一,如何培養未來想像能力以及建構未來想像相關的課程與教學策略,是目前各國教育界積極投入與發展的領域。本研究是未來想像教育之初探研究,藉由過去相關文獻的分析整理,輔以大專院校以及國小教師的實際開課經驗,發展出未來想像教育的作用歷程,並提供一套未來想像教育的課程示例。期望本研究之結果能夠提供後續研究者一個基本的概念基礎,逐步建構未來想像教育的教學方針,以共同推動與落實台灣的未來想像教育。

Future imagination is recognized as one of the most important individual competences while dealing with the unknown challenges. Fostering future imagination competencies and to design the curriculum and teaching approaches for future imagination are the bourgeoning interests in many countries all over the world. Through analyzing previous literature along with the teaching experience collected from several universities and elementary schools, the current study is aimed at exploring the content and process of future imagination in education. It is expected that the results from this study can provide a conceptual foundation for future research, and thus is able to develop teaching guidelines to implement future imagination in education in Taiwan.
