家庭休閒滿意度對家庭生活滿意度之影響

摘要

家庭是社會中的重要組成，休閒活動是每個人在家庭中與家人一起從事的主要活動之一，本研究目標就是要瞭解家庭休閒活動對於家庭生活品質的影響，以24個問項的家庭休閒滿意度量表來到量家庭休閒活動，家庭休閒滿意度量表中包括心理、教育、社會、休息、生理和美學等層面，家庭生活品質以家庭生活滿意度量表到量，共調查337個家庭，每個家庭樣本都由一名子女與雙親共三人分別填寫問卷，研究結果顯示家庭休閒滿意度與家庭生活滿意度有正相關關係，研究亦發現國三學生的家庭休閒滿意度與家庭生活滿意度都是最低的，可能和國中三年級學生的升學壓力有關，本研究依據研究結果提出後續研究建議供未來研究參考。

Family is the most important institution of our society. Leisure activities play important roles within family. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of family leisure activities on perceived life quality. The 24-item family leisure satisfaction scale was used to measure satisfaction toward leisure activities. This scale includes psychological, educational, social, relaxation, physiological, and aesthetic satisfactions. Family life satisfaction was measured by family life satisfaction scale. There were 337 families sampled. For each sampled family, one child and both of the parents were requested to respond the questionnaire independently. The results indicate that the family leisure satisfaction is positively related with family life satisfaction. It is also found that those children of third degree of junior high school have the lowest family leisure satisfaction and family life satisfaction. This might be caused by the pressure for high school entrance examination. Further studies are suggested based on the findings of this study.
