幼兒園教師休閒態度、正向情感、負向情感、生活滿意度與休閒承諾之研究

A Study on Kindergarten Teachers' Leisure Attitude, Positive Affectivity, Negative Affectivity, Life Satisfaction and Leisure Commitment

摘要


本研究探討不同人口統計變項的中部幼兒園教師在休閒態度、正負向情感、生活滿意度及休閒承諾之差異情形,並了解其對於參與休閒活動的態度、正負向情感、生活滿意度及休閒承諾之關係。以中部幼兒園教師為研究對象。本研究採取立意抽樣方式,共計發放300份問卷,回收300份,扣除填答不完全者等無效問卷28份,有效問卷共計272份,有效回收率為90.6 %。統計分析方式包含描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式,研究結果如下:(一)幼兒園教師的教育程度、每月可支配休閒金額及每週平均參與休閒活動次數不同,在休閒態度上具有顯著差異;(二)幼兒園教師的教育程度、平均月收入、每月可支配休閒金額、每週平均參與休閒活動次數及每次平均參與活動時間不同,在正向情感上具有顯著差異;(三)幼兒園教師的教育程度、每月可支配休閒金額、每週平均參與休閒活動次數及每次平均參與活動時間不同,在負向情感上具有顯著差異;(四)幼兒園教師的年齡層、平均月收入及每月可支配休閒金額不同,在生活滿意度上具有顯著差異;(五)幼兒園教師的每月可支配休閒金額及每次平均參與活動時間不同,在休閒承諾上具有顯著差異;(六)休閒態度直接影響正向情感、負向情感及生活滿意度,R2分別為48.7 %、18.9 %及9.7 %;(七)休閒態度經由正向情感及生活滿意度間接影響休閒承諾,R2為13.0 %。

The study focused on the relationship among leisure attitude, positive affectivity, negative affectivity, life satisfaction and leisure commitment of Kindergarten teachers. Researcher sent out 300 questionnaires and 300 questionnaires were collected, therefore 28 questionnaires invalid which respondents incomplete. There were 272 valid questionnaires and valid response rate of 90.6 %.The statistical analysis methods in this study were independent samples descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and structure equation model. The results were as follows: 1. In leisure attitude, the Kindergarten teachers show significant differences in their education, monthly allowance and frequency of participation in leisure activity weekly. 2. In positive affectivity, the Kindergarten teachers show significant differences in their education, income, monthly allowance, frequency of participation in weekly and time of participation in leisure activity. 3. In negative affectivity, the Kindergarten teachers show significant differences in their education, monthly allowance, frequency of participation in weekly and time of participation in leisure activity. 4. In life satisfaction, the Kindergarten teachers show significant differences in their age, income, monthly allowance. 5. In leisure commitment, the Kindergarten teachers show significant differences in their monthly allowance and time of participation in leisure activity.6. Leisure attitude, positive affectivity and life satisfaction have significant positive effects, but has negative effects on negative affectivity, R2 is 48.7 %, 18.9 % and 9.7 %. 7. Leisure attitude through the mediating effects of positive affectivity and life satisfaction influences leisure commitment, R2 is 13.0 %.
