護專生休閒態度、休閒涉入以及休閒效益對幸福感之關係

Relationship between Wellness and Leisure Attitude, Leisure Involvement and Leisure Benefit of Nursing School Students

摘要


本研究以南部地區某護理專科學校全體學生為研究對象,目的在探討其休閒態度、休閒涉入、休閒效益對幸福感之影響,以休閒態度、休閒涉入、休閒效益各構面為自變項,幸福感為依變項,進行逐步多元迴歸分析。並以問卷調查方式蒐集資料,共發出問卷1804份,計收回有效問卷共1585份,有效問卷回收率87.9%。結果顯示,心理、生理、社會、情感、吸引力、中心性、認知、自我表現,被依其對幸福感之預測力大小,選入迴歸模式中。於此迴歸模式中,自變項與幸福感之多元相關係數為.913,此八個自變項可以聯合解釋幸福感83.3%的變異量,其中,心理對幸福感最具影響力,其標準化迴歸係數為.348。本研究建議該校重視休閒教育,為師生舉辦休閒講座或系列休閒活動,以培養正確的休閒觀念與態度,並提供休閒諮商與輔導,協助學生規劃休閒生活,促進學生涉入休閒活動,以及有效的從休閒從事的過程與經驗感受休閒效益,進而提升幸福快樂的校園生活。

This research explores the impact of leisure attitude, leisure involvement and leisure benefit on wellness of nursing school students, with the entire student body of a nursing school in southern Taiwan as subjects. With dimensions of leisure attitude, leisure involvement and leisure benefit as the independent variables and wellness as the dependent variable, stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed with. The data was collected using survey instruments: 1804 instruments were distributed and 1585 valid instruments were received for an 87.9% valid return rate. Psychological, physiological, social, affective, attractive, centrality, cognitive, self-expression dimensions were selected into the regression model to test their predictive powers on wellness. The results of the regression model showed that the multiple correlation coefficient between the independent variables and wellness was .913, and they provided 83.3% of the explained variation of wellness. Psychological dimension had the largest impact on wellness with standard regression coefficient of .348. The research recommends that nursing schools should emphasize leisure education by holding leisure seminars and providing leisure activities for students and teachers to create the correct leisure attitude. Schools should also provide leisure information and counseling to assist students to plan their leisure life and encourage leisure involvement, and effectively increase the wellness of the campus life through the process and experience of leisure and its benefits.
