This study discusses on the participants, who engaged in urban organic farms in New Taipei City, think about the value they perceived from their agricultural experiences, and relevant factors, which may have effect on their experience. The researcher collected data through in-depth interviews and questionnaire. The results show that the urban farmers" perceived experience value is comprised of six aspects, including "health improvement", "positive emotion", "boosting self-confidence ","refreshing your daily routine", "facilitating social interactions ", and "increasing knowledge". Leisure motivation actually affects the experience value in organic civic farm. Among other things, "personal interest" is the most reliable indicator for predicting how people assess the value of agricultural experience, followed by an indicator representing "exercise to maintain physical vitality". It is worth noting that "a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle", a motivation to participate in civic farms, has no predictive power for agricultural experience. Also, the frequency of participation is an intervening variable, which plays a mediating role in the relationship between motivations and the value of urban organic farms.
