Taiwan used to be flourishing for the manufacturing industry. Nevertheless, factories, industrial zone of manufacture and production have gradually declined due to the change of industrial structure and lifestyle. Therefore, many undertakers have combined the traditional manufacturing industry with the tourism industry. It transforms the traditional manufacturing industry and becomes a tourist attraction. This has become a trend of an era. A tourism factory is provided with the cultural characteristics of customer experience and possesses the values of tourism, historical culture and education. It achieves the purpose of leisure experience in the tourism factory by means of personnel guides, sign guidance and multimedia interaction, etc. In order to transform the traditional manufacturing industry into a tourism factory, the uniqueness and market innovation of the company have to be established. Therefore, this study analyzes the business model of a metal craft tourism factory by the interview method. The result of the study can provide a reference for the academic and industry circles.
