徑賽200公尺及400公尺分段速度對成績與最大乳酸之研究

Investigate the Segmented Speed Analysis of 200-Meter and 400-Meter Sprint on Performance and Maximum Lactic Acid

摘要


研究目的:透過運動能力診斷之方式,應用分段速度分析最高速度出現之距離,與運動結束後乳酸堆積情況,分別判斷200與400公尺選手能力並給予訓練建議調整方式。方法:受試者為高中男性200與400公尺徑賽項目選手各6名,利用分段速度測試儀器,每50公尺放置1個紅外線感測器,收集分段速度數據,並於測試結束後進行血液乳酸參數分析。結果:200與400公尺測試受試者均於50-100公尺分段時達最高速度,且至終點前速度下降曲線明顯而影響成績;另外在測試結束後之最高乳酸堆積出現時間亦不一致。結論:200與400公尺最高速度顯現距離太早且其後隨即快速下降,可能受專項耐力不足影響;無氧醣酵解能力差者會影響最大乳酸值與出現時間點過早。建議增加間歇訓練和速度訓練,以提高運動員的能力。

The purpose of this study was to diagnose athletic ability using application of segmented speed analysis, the maximum speed and movement after the accumulation of lactic acid to determine 200-meter and 400-meter of athletes' ability, and give suggestions for their training program respectively. Method: Twelve male senior track athletes (six 200-meter and six 400-meter runners) participated in this study. Each 50 meters an infra-red sensor recorded the speed of the athlete. Blood lactic acid was measured after the 200-meter or 400-meter running. Results: Maximum speed was reached at 100 meters for both 200-meter and 400-meter tests, and slow down the speed too fast affected the results. In addition, after the end of the test, the maximum lactic acid occur inconsistent. Conclusion: the maximum speed of 200 and 400 meters were both reach at 50-100 m that was too early and then immediately decline that may affect with anaerobic endurance ability insufficient. Bad anaerobic glycolysis will affect the value of the maximum lactic acid and appear too early. Suggestions were to increase intermittent training and speed training to improve athlete's ability.
