摘要

目的：探討2014年ATP男子職業網球選手績效評估與環境變數，尋求效率管理與策略管理的重要決策參考。方法：第一階段運用資料包絡分析法尋求選手參賽效率值、第二階段運用Tobit迴歸求取影響選手效率之環境變數或主要變數。結果：2014年世界排名前100名ATP男子職業網球選手參賽效率與效率排名；影響參賽效率的主要因素為「一發得分率」、「二發得分率」、「二發接球勝分」。結論：參賽效率結果與意涵提供網球選手提升效率管理，並做為參賽策略訂定、資源配置之關鍵參考。

Purpose: To explore the performance evaluation and influence variables for ATP professional tennis players in 2014, and to figure out the important decision making referral of efficiency management and strategy management. Methods: To utilize data envelopment analysis seeking players' efficiency in the first stage, and to utilize Tobit regression exploring environmental variables. Results: We have found out the efficiency and ranking ATP professional tennis players in 2014. Three influencing factors: ＂percentage of 1st serve points won＂, ＂percentage of 2nd serve points won＂, and ＂percentage of points won returning 2nd serve＂ influencing. Conclusion: The implication of players' efficiency and influencing variables would be the significant consultations for game strategy, plan making for game and training, resources relocate.
