國內大專甲組球隊校內訓練條件與參賽成績探討－以國內體育大學為例

摘要

目的：探討國內大專甲組球隊校內訓練條件與參賽成效，方法：以國立體育大學網球隊為例，探究該校歷年來，對於競技運動專項代表隊在課程設計、訓練時間、師資陣容、場地設施與經費補助等條件規劃安排，參賽成績以統計1998-2015 年期間該隊參與國內外主要賽事前三名獎牌數。結果：國外比賽，亞運會獲得6 金、2 銀、5 銅，共13 面獎牌；世大運獲得8 金、5 銀、6 銅，共19面獎牌；東亞運獲得3 金、3 銀、1銅，共7 面獎牌；亞洲盃獲得2 金、4 銀、3 銅，共9 面獎牌及職業賽獲得83 金、62 銀、90 銅，共237 面獎牌。國內比賽，全運會獲得28金、16 銀、18 銅，共62 面獎牌；全大運獲得29 金、21 銀、20 銅，共70 面獎牌及全國排名賽獲得71 金、75 銀、135 銅，共281 面獎牌。結論：國立體育大學網球隊歷年參賽成績表現亮眼，其學校給予運動代表隊伍之軟硬體規劃，的確有別於他校，針對競技運動員訓練條件有高超之遠見，該校成功經驗，應可供國內大專甲組球隊學校之借鏡。

The purposes of this study was to investigate team training condition and tournament result in level 1 national intercollegiate, the example of the tennis team in National Taiwan Sport University, since many years of the exploration, the condition planning and arrangement of curriculum planning and designed, training schedule, faculty members, buildings and facilities and budget subsidy for the sport delegation. The statistics of the top three medals in the main national and international tournaments during the 1998-2015, foreign tournaments: Asian Games obtains 6 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 5 bronze medals, 13 medals in total, FISU Summer Universiade obtains 8 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 6 bronze medals, 19 medals in total, East Asian Games obtains 3 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 1 bronze medals, 7 medals in total, Asian Cup obtains 2 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 3 bronze medals, 9 medals in total, Men and women occupation match obtains 83 gold medals, 62 silver medals, 90 bronze medals, 237 medals in total. Domestic tournaments: The National Games obtains 28 gold medals, 16 silver medals, 18 bronze medals, 62 medals in total, National Intercollegiate Athletic Games obtains 29 gold medals, 21 silver medals, 20 bronze medals, 70 medals in total and National Ranking obtains 71 gold medals, 75 silver medals, 135 bronze medals, 281 medals in total. National Taiwan Sport University tennis team displayed dazzling performance and obtained a lot of tournament results in all previous years, the soft hardware plan of the school was indeed different with others school, has the excellent foresight in view of athletics athlete's training condition, this school succeeds the experience, should be possible to supply school of reference the level 1 intercollegiate tennis team.
