應用科技輔助於基層桌球訓練場地之探討

Technological Assistance for Primary Training Fields of Table Tennis

摘要


隨著新興科技不斷進步,許多球員在進行技術訓練的過程中結合科技的輔助,便能達到良好的訓練效果。目的:瞭解基層桌球訓練場地之選手、教練與場地管理者,對於科技輔助訓練桌球基本技術之訓練設施及設備指標的觀點,並探討其指標建構的優先性。方法:使用「層級分析法」(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)分析符合專業條件的3 位選手、3位教練與3位場地管理者的觀點,探討桌球訓練上科技輔助訓之指標發展優先性,並以半結構式訪談釐清觀點差異。結果:基層選手最為重視科技輔助桌球基本技術訓練指標,而教練與場地管理者最為重視桌球基本技術訓練空間指標。結論:三種角色最重視的指標為桌球基本技術訓練空間,其次為訓練場地附屬設施及設備。本研究可作為相關從業者在建立科技輔助桌球基本技術訓練場地的參考依據,以提升場地規格與訓練品質,改善基層訓練環境。

Purpose: Athletes have increasingly used technology-assisted tools in training. In this study, we established an index of technology-assisted training in table tennis basic skills. We examined the relative importance of several indicators in the index from the perspectives of players, coaches, and field managers. Methods: We used an analytic hierarchy process to analyze the opinions of three players, three coaches, and three venue managers. We also discussed the priority development index of technology-assisted training on table tennis training to clarify differences in perspective through semi structured interviews. Results: Players valued the skill indicator the most, whereas coaches and field managers valued the space indicator the most. Overall, the primary indicator was training space, and the secondary indicator was ancillary facilities and equipment. Conclusion: Our findings can be used as a reference for practitioners to build training fields. They can also be used to enhance primary training environments and training quality.
