企業導入數位學習之關鍵成功因素

The Study of Critical Successful Factors of E-Learning in Employee Training

摘要


知識經濟社會已經來臨,企業為了提升員工的工作能力,數位學習已成為節省訓練成本與縮短時間的首選訓練方式。本文藉由五個成功導入數位學習的標竿企業歸納整理出其導入數位學習之效益與關鍵成功因素,希望研究結果可提供未導入或成效不彰之企業作為參考。經由五個標竿企業,本文歸納出企業導入數位學習之效益主要有:(1)降低訓練成本(2)降低訓練時間(3)跨大訓練範圍(4)提升業績。其效益完全解決企業導入前訓練需求龐大與受訓人員分散之難題。而本文分析歸納出企業導入數位學習的關鍵成功因素則有:(1)組織重視學習文化(2)制訂明確的發展策略,擬定完整配套措施(3)設備完善及充分技術支援(4)學習者導向之教學策略,多元化課程規劃。

Now, we are in a knowledge-based economy society. To promote staff's capability, the enterprises adopt e-Learning for the primary choice to save a lot of cost and shorten training time. By five enterprises which introduce e-Learning successfully, we generalize their benefits and critical successful factors about introducing e-Learning. We found that the benefits of enterprises introduce e-learning are: (1) Reduce the training cost. (2) Save the time of training. (3) Expand the training scope. (4) Promote staff’s achievements. The benefits totally solve the problems about the enormous training needs and the dispersed leaners. We also generalized the critical successful factors of enterprises introduce e-learning are: (1) The organizations attach great importance to learning culture. (2) Establish the positive strategy and the complementary measures. (3) Sufficient equipments and technique. (4) Leaner-directed and diversity learning strategy.
