In order to understand the energy consumption of the ICT equipment in junior high school, this research adopted the method of practical investigation. First, the researcher would enter WIND junior high school to investigate a variety of ICT equipment and find out real amount of power consumption in every facility with the power detection. Second, we made a survey for every teacher after using ICT. Third, this research would use the real amount ICT power consumption to infer ICT power consumption of the school. In this research, 30 questionnaires were issued. The recovery rate is 100%, and the effective rate is also 100%. The research result - the EUI is 1.435kWh/M^2.yr of the ICT equipment in WIND junior high school, and the ICT equipment power consumption accounted for 5.77% of the total electricity consumption in the school. Finally, the researcher expected to make the better assessment for the object school in development of Information Technology Teaching and energy and carbon dioxide reduction.
