汽車從業人員專業知能之研究

A study of automobile practitioners expertise and capabilities

摘要


本研究在探討我國汽車從業人員專業知能的重要程度與具備程度之調查,並將汽車修護業各種不同知識領域與能力統整與分析。研究目的在探討研究對象對於專業知能在重要程度的認知評定與專業知能在具備程度的自我評定,並以本研究自編之「台灣汽車從業人員專業知能研究之調查問卷」為工具,採量化的研究進行資料之收集與分析。資料處理工具為SPSS 21.0版統計軟體及採結構方程模型(SEM)統計分析相關情形;依據研究結果藉以瞭解汽車從業人員專業知能的教育訓練方式、內涵、能力之現況及教育訓練的相關需求等。提出看法給與目前業界、訓練單位以及教育機構作為未來教育訓練汽車專業人員之參考。依據分析結果,本研究主要發現如下:一、採結構方程模型(SEM)統計分析共有六條路進有直接影響。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between automobile practitioner's expertise and capabilities. Furthermore, the researcher hope to understand more information about the integration of different car repair process. This is a quantitative research, and a survey "automobile practitioner's expertise and capabilities in Taiwan" which was designed by the researcher will be used in this study. Participates of this study were current car repair engineers in Taiwan. They would be asked to complete the questioners in the survey which base on their self-assessment and job experience. According to the information which was collected for this study, the statistical software SPSS 21.0 would be apply to analyze these data, and the finding would be demonstrated by Structural equation modeling (SEM) model. It was hope that this study could get more information about education and training methods, instructional contents and skill requirements for the current car repair engineers. Furthermore, the finding were found in this study can be used for the job training institution, educational organization and the automotive repair industry. According to the finding of this research which could be conclude as following: 1. According to Structural equation modeling (SEM) model, there were six models were be built by these factors.
