The purpose of the research is to discuss the using strategy of the interactive whiteboard applied to the students with low learning achievements. By means of the action research, the study uses the interactive whiteboard, integrates the cooperation learning method and aims at ten second grade mathematics underachievers practiced the remedial instructions. During the morning periods for twenty weeks, the teaching and observation are taken in order to understand the application strategy of the interactive whiteboard and examine the students' attitude conversion of learning progress. The classroom observations, the teaching journals, semi-structural interviews, and checklists are gathered as the research tools and methods, and analyzed by qualitative research method. The findings of the study are that integrating interactive whiteboard and cooperation learning can adapt the teaching methods flexibly and timely with regard of students' learning situations and difficulties, and effects mathematics underachievers' learning attitudes positively.
