探索教師行政溝通滿意度之研究-以LINE為例

A Study of Using Instant Messaging Software to Explore Teachers' Satisfaction of Communication

摘要


據調查,LINE是台灣民眾普遍使用的通訊軟體,就連教師也愛用。本研究以Downs and Hazen建構的溝通滿意量表為理論依據,編列問卷調查高雄市使用LINE作為溝通媒介的公立國中教師其溝通滿意度;分析不同性別教師其溝通滿意度的差異,及影響溝通滿意度的因素為何。問卷共發放230份,回收215份,有效問卷計214份。問卷資料分析採用SPSS統計軟體,對不同性別教師的「溝通滿意」,進行獨立樣本t考驗,檢定兩者是否有顯著差異;接著對整份問卷量表進行探索性因素分析,萃取出因素構面,最後採用LISREL結構方程模式(SEM)分析軟體,驗證萃取的因素構面,是否為影響行政溝通滿意的因素。研究發現:1.男性教師與女性教師的「溝通滿意」沒有顯著的差異。2.「溝通氣氛」、「團隊合作」、「學校資訊」三者對「溝通滿意」具有正向的影響力。

According to survey in Taiwan, "LINE" is the most popular instant messaging software for communication in everyday life. It is the same situation even at school. This study uses questionnaire based on Downs and Hazen's communication satisfaction questionnaire to survey the teachers of junior high school in Kaohsiung city. The first purpose of this study is to explore the satisfaction of communication of teachers in schools by using instant messaging software "LINE"; the second purpose is to examine if there was significant difference in satisfaction of communication between male teachers and female teachers; the last purpose of this study is to find out the factor that impact the satisfaction of communication. The number of total questionnaire for testing was 230, in which 214 pieces of questionnaires are valid. Descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, exploratory factor analysis, and the structural equation model were applied to data analysis. The major findings are: 1. there was no significant difference in satisfaction of communication between male teachers and female teachers. 2. Communication climate, organizational integration, and corporate information are factors that influence satisfaction of communication.
