教師使用LINE進行親師溝通意圖之研究

摘要


隨著智慧型手機的普及化以及行動網路用戶數增加,親師溝通也有了新的方式,其中運用 LINE 進行親師溝通,已形成一種新的趨勢。本研究以高雄市國中教師為研究對象,以科技接受模式(TAM)理論為基礎,採用問卷調查方式,探討社會影響、知覺風險、知覺有用性、知覺易用性等構面對教師使用 LINE 進行親師溝通之行為意圖的關係。本研究共發放 400 份問卷,回收 342 份有效問卷,有效回收率為 85.5 %,研究結果如下: 一、社會影響對知覺有用性、知覺易用性有顯著正向影響。 二、知覺風險對知覺有用性有顯著負向影響。 三、知覺易用性對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響。 四、知覺有用性對行為意圖有顯著正向影響。 最後,根據本研究結論提出具體建議,提供 LINE 平臺、教師、學校行政同仁與後續研究做為參考。

With the popularity of smartphones and the increasing number of Internet mobile users, there is a new choice for parent-teacher communication. It is a surging new trend to use LINE for teacher-parent communication. The subjects of this study were public junior school teachers in Kaohsiung. Based on the Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the framework, this research adopts questionnaire survey method to investigate the interrelationship among social influence, perceived risk, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use with Behavioral Intention to use on teachers using LINE for parent-teacher communication.This research delivers 400 copies of questionnaires and receives 342 valid ones; therefore, the effective rate is 85.5 %. The findings of the study are as following: 1.Social influence have significant positive influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 2.Perceived risk has a significant negative influence on perceived usefulness. 3.Perceived ease of use has a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness. 4.Perceived usefulness has a significant positive influence on behaviorial intention. Finally, according to the conclusions there are practical suggestions to be made,which can be used as reference for LINE Platform, teachers, school administrators and further study.
