國中AI教材教師接受度及適用性研究

Study on the Acceptance and Applicability of AI Teaching Materials from Teachers' perspective in Jounior High School Education

摘要


科技進步,大數據時代來臨,108課綱強調素養導向的教學,新興科技為未來發展趨勢,學生應具備這些新興科技素養,其中,AI人工智慧為一項很重要的概念,坊間出版商甚至教育部因應此趨勢,已發展出許多AI人工智慧的教材。本文以「威斯頓號AI探險之旅」為例,從教師的觀點來探討AI人工智慧教材在國中端的接受度與適用性。透過研習推廣和問卷調查,收集參與AI教材研習的教師對於此教材的建議,並以此作為依據提出增進與改善。本研究結果發現:(一)教師對於「威斯頓號AI探險之旅」教材的接受度普遍偏高。(二)教師認為「威斯頓號AI探險之旅」教材的教學活動能引起學生興趣。(三)教師認為「威斯頓號AI探險之旅」教材各站的學習內容皆有符合各站之教學目標。(四)教師建議:教材的體驗活動可結合學習單做反思,使得活動更具有意義、桌遊活動可結合手機APP設計,使學生學習能夠得到立即的反饋。以上建議可作為國內新興科技教育AI人工智慧領域之參考。

With the ever-changing nature of technology, the era of big data is coming, The 108 Curriculum Guidelines emphasizes competency-based education. Emerging technologies will become the future trends in the society; therefore, students should have the competency to face emerging technologies. Moreover, artificial intelligence is one of the most important subjects. In response to this trend, publishers and even the Ministry of Education have developed many AI related teaching materials. This study uses the "Weston AI Adventure Tour" as an example to discuss the acceptance and applicability of AI course materials from teachers' perspective in jounior high school education. Additionally, acquiring the improvements by the study promotion and questionnaire survey which collect the suggestions and comments from the teachers participate in the AI training classes. The results of this study showed as follows:(1)Teachers' acceptance of the "Weston AI Adventure Tour" textbook was generally high. (2) Teachers believed that the teaching activities of the "Weston AI Adventure Tour" textbook could arouse students' interest. (3) Teachers believed that the learning contents of each section in the "Weston AI Adventure Tour" textbook met the teaching goals of each part. (4) Teachers' feedbacks: The activities in class of the AI course materials could go with the learning sheets to make the activities more meaningful. Furthermore, the board game could be combined with the mobile APP so that students could get immediate feedback on their learning. The suggestions describe above can be viewed as referrals in the field of AI education in Taiwan.
