國小自然與生活科技教師以虛擬社群實踐知識管理之探析

Exploration of the Primary School Teachers of Science and Technology practiced Knowledge Management via Virtual Community

摘要


本研究旨在利用國小自然與生活科技教師知識管理應用的軟硬體環境(含網站、學習機制);從知識管理的理論基礎到虛擬社群的設置,進而結合網際網路的運用,以求達到教師知識管理的目的,並提供自然與生活科技教師實踐知識管理的參考。

The purposes of the research were integrating the exploring of knowledge management theory, install of virtual community, and applying of internet; and making use of the software and hardware environment of knowledge management which was applied by the primary school teachers of science and technology, after that they obtained knowledge management. The result will provide teacher to refer for practicing knowledge management.
