本研究旨在了解高雄市高中職學生來源與入學方式、學生就讀意願、學生進路意願、高中職教師第二專長及在職進修需求、以及高雄市高中職類科與產業人力需求情形。本文以採文獻分析、問卷調查等方法,進行研究,並以普查方式針對高雄市高中職一年級學生、高雄市國中應屆畢業生、高雄市高中職教師為研究對象,係以自編「高雄市高中職一年級學生現況及意願調查表」、「高雄市國中三年級學生就讀高中職意願調查表」、「高雄市高中職學校教師第二專長與在職進修意願調查表」為主要研究工具,進行調查,並以次數分配、百分比、卡方考驗進行資料分析與處理,最後歸納分析結果,以供高雄市高中職社區化整體資源及類科調整規劃之參考。
This study aims to explore and understand the factors of planning for Kao Hsiung City Senior high school community, include where do the students come from, how they entrance in schools, willingness to study, students' motivation of choosing senior high, teachers' secondary profession & on the job training, the need of subject of senior high school and the industry human resources. This study was conducted by using literature review and census Taking the first year high school students & teachers and junior high graduates in Kao Hsiung City as the main targets of the study. Thus, we have developed questionnaires ”Current conditions and studying motivations of first year high school students”, ”Junior high school graduates' keenness to go into high school”, ”Senior high teachers' willingness to develop secondary profession and keep on the job training” to be our main research tools. The results are analyzed by frequency, percentages, chi-square. According to the outcome of these data analysis, the research provides some suggestions for better allocation of resources and school programs design to communized senior high schools in Kao Hsiung City.
