96年度臺北市國中教師、學生及家長之高中職社區化滿意度研究

Research on the Satisfaction with the Implementation of Community High Schools on the Teachers, Students and Parents of Junior High Schools in Taipei City of 2007

摘要


本研究之主要內容,在研究96年度臺北市國中教師、學生及學生家長對之高中職社區化滿意度調查。 問卷內容調查對象:臺北市國中教師、學生及學生家長之自變項及依變項。自變項包括受調查對象之「組織背景變項」及「個人背景變項」外,尚包括認識或是否知道「高中職社區化」推動政策之相關問題。依變項以文獻探討高中職社區化之滿意度分為:「適性學習社區地理範圍規劃」、「適性學習社區基礎網絡建置」、「適性學習社區課程合作機制」、「適性學習社區輔導網絡整合」等四個向度為構面。 問卷效度採用內容專家效度,對學者專家所提之建議進行問卷內容、用語等修改。回收的預試問卷透過信效度檢定後,將預試問卷做最後的修正,並編製成正式問卷。 本研究共寄發教師卷360份問卷,有效問卷回收率為57.50 %;學生卷共寄發630份問卷,有效問卷回收率為64.29 %;學生家長卷共寄發630份問卷,有效問卷回收率為45.09 %。統計分析後結果,臺北市國中教師、學生及學生家長對推動「高中職社區化」之「整體滿意度」分別為62.00%、61.60%及61.00%。依本研究問題假設將資料做完整統計與分析,並於結論中對推動高中職社區化政策提出建議,以供教育主管機關及學校參考。

The main content of this research, is studying the investigation of satisfaction to the Implementation of Community High Schools of teacher, student and parents of student of junior middle school of Taipei city of 2007. Questionnaire content respondent: The Taipei city teacher, student and parents of student junior high school of the independent variable and The dependent variable. Become item include and the organization background variables outside respondent the individual background variables by oneself, still include knowing or denying and knowing the relevant problems of promoting the policy of the Implementation of Community High Schools. The dependent variable in accordance with become item probe into with document the Implementation of Community High Schools satisfaction divide into--the right geographical range of study community is planned, the right study community's basic network construction, getting right study community course cooperative mechanism & getting right study community coach network combine in order to four domains such as being. The questionnaire result degree is adopted content expert result degree. The test was validated by four senior high school teachers who possessed profound professional chemistry knowledge; carry on content of the questionnaire, term,etc. to revise to the suggestion that the scholar expert proposes. After the ones that retrieve by Reliability was established by test-retest formal study through letter result degree, may well ask one makes the last revision, make into a formal questionnaire in advance. This research dispatches 360 questionnaires of teacher's Vol. altogether, the rate of recovery of the effective questionnaire is 57.50; Student one dispatches 630 questionnaires altogether, the rate of recovery of the effective questionnaire is 64.29; Parents of student one dispatches 630 questionnaires altogether, the rate of recovery of the effective questionnaire is 45.09. Result after statistical analysis, the teacher, student and parents of student are 62.00%, 61.60% and 61.00% respectively to the whole satisfaction which promote the Implementation of Community High Schools junior high school in Taipei city. Suppose in accordance with this research problem that makes intact statistics of the materials and analyses, and propose the suggestion in promoting the Implementation of Community High Schools policy in the conclusion, for departments of education administration and the school researcher to consult.
