運用網路平台進行專業對話之內涵分析研究

摘要


由於科技的日新月異、資訊技術的蓬勃發展,使得知識的獲取來源、傳播分享方式均不同於以往。教師在專業上的表現,除了建立在教室傳統教學、同儕間的教學研究外,如能進一步運用網路平台的科技優勢,更能將教學遭遇的困境、專業研究的成果,透過專業對話的機制,以迅速且不受時空限制的方式,達成教師專業成長的目標。 本研究是以思摩特網「高雄市九年一貫課程實務工作坊」爲例,對教育現場人員運用網路平台進行專業對話的內涵進行分析。

Due to constantly changing technology and the thriving development of information technology, acquiring knowledge and sharing and spreading it are different now than what they used to be. To achieve the goal of professional growth, teachers' professional performance should not only be built up by the traditional in-class teaching and the teaching research among fellow teachers, but also by the mechanism of professional dialogue, a way that is fast and unlimited by time and space, to reveal the difficulties encountered in teaching and the results of professional research. This research uses ”The Grade 19 Curriculum Practice Workshop, Kaohsiung City” in SCTNET as an example to analyze the content of professional dialogue on the Network Platform by the front line educators.
