網路社群實踐知識取得之研究-以國小自然與生活科技教師爲例

A Study of an Online Community for the Implementation of Knowledge Acquisition-As the Technology Teachers in Primary Schools for Example

摘要


本研究旨在了解國小自然與生活科技教師以網路社群實踐知識取得的運作機制、心路歷程;其中爲求深入探究實踐成效與歷程的雙向驗證,故本研究採用焦點團體訪談與問卷調查法兩種研究方法,五次焦點團體訪談的對象爲六位服務於高雄縣國民小學的自然與生活科技教師;問卷調查對象爲六位國小自然與生活科技教師所任教的班級學生,採用隨機叢集取樣的方式。本研究提出四項發現供有關當局或人士取得知識之參考。

The purposes of this study were to first explore the primary school teachers' operative mechanism and mental processing in a case study of implementing knowledge acquisition in virtual community. Subjects in the focused group interview for five times were six primary school technology teachers in Kaohsiung County, while the subjects for the survey were students in the classes taught by the said six teachers. The four findings of this study provide to educational authorities or personages to refer.
