A Study on Training Performance Evaluation of the Government Electronic Procurement System

Recently, with the improvement of information technology and rapidly internet, The government electronic procurement system grows. The Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan executes electronic procurement system education training. The thesis aims to evaluate the learner's reaction, education training's merit and weakness. From the improving education training, the government electronic procurement benefits will accrue.
