高職專業教師工作價值觀、角色壓力與學校效能之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討我國高級職業學校專業任課教師,在面對當前技職教育的改革與後期中等教育高中、綜合高中之相互競爭中,其工作價值觀之衝擊與感受到之角色壓力對學校效能關係之調查。根據上述研究目的,擬定待答問題包含:一、瞭解高職專業教師工作價值觀、角色壓力及學校效能的現況。二、比較高職專業教師背景變項在工作價值觀、角色壓力與學校效能的差異。三、探討高職專業教師工作價值觀、角色壓力與學校效能的關係。研究對象僅以台南縣市高職專業教師作爲研究範圍。

The purpose of this study was probe into our country advanced industrial vocational school specialty teach Mr. to aim at, the high school of secondary education of reform and later stage that it was educated in the face of the present skill duty that here, comprehensive high middle-school are when vies each other, investigation to the relation of efficiency of the school of pressures of the impact of its working values and role experiencing it. To achieve the study objective, this research problem includes: First, find out about the present situation of professional teacher's working values of professorship, role's pressure and school efficiency. Second, the comparative professional teacher's background of professorship changes one in working values, role's pressure and difference of efficiency of school. Third, probe into the relation between professional teacher's working values of the professorship, role's pressure and school efficiency.
