The purpose of this study was to design a scale of energy attitude and instructional strategy for examining energy attitude and instructional strategy of science and technology teachers in junior high school. Based on the related literature, these two scales were developed. Then a pilot test of the scale was conducted using the purposive sampling technique. The reliability of these two scales is over 0.93. These two scales explained 56.49% and 55.44% of variance. The results of the scales showed appropriate validity and reliability.
