網路學習環境的使用者及其相關因素之研究:以網路學習爲例

A Study on Users and Their Related Factors at Learning Web Site

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解網路學習環境使用者個人變項、學習動機、學習滿意度之情形,並探討使用者個人變項、學習動機、學習滿意度之關係,最後根據研究發現提出具體建議,以作爲相關單位參考依據。本研究主要的結論與建議臚列如下;網路使用者多具備網路學習的能力,也適合網路學習;網路使用者參與學習的動機與滿意度不同但持肯定的態度;網路使用者的動機隨著年資與電腦經驗增加而增加;教師以教學需求、學生以課業學習需求的動機最強烈;網路使用者因疏遠網際網路而降低動機程度;網路學習動機與網路學習滿意因身份不同而異;輔助教學對學習動機具有最佳的預測力;輔助教學、課業進展與認知興趣對學習滿意度具有最佳的預測力;網路學習的動機與滿意度具有高度相關。

The purpose of the study was to understnder the user individual variables, learning motivation and learning satisfaction at learning web site, and futher probe into relation among these variables. The concrete suggestions which were brought up according to the discoveries of the research will be for reference of related organizations. The conclusions and suggestions of the research listed as below: 1. The Internet users have the capability of the web-based learning and suit for web-based learning. 2. The users have different learning motivation and satisfaction during web-based learning but hold positive attitude. 3. The motivation of the users increased by following the increase of learning duration and computer experience. 4. The demand of teacher's teaching and the student's learning expressed highest motivation. 5. The motivation will be decreased when users become estranged with Internet. 6. There were different motivations and satisfactions from the persons at different position. 7. CAI is the best forecaster of the learning motivation. 8. CAI, lesson achievement and learning interest are the best forecasters of the learning motivation. 9. There are high correlation between learning motivation and satisfaction.
