This study analyzed and discussed the current status of Science and Technology subjects in elementary schools of Keelung County. The researcher visited the schools with the compulsory education advisory group to find out the problems faced by the schools, and interviewed school teachers to understand the attributes and flaws of the course implementation. Through organization of the key problems in implementation and literatures related to teaching practices, the course implementation direction was constructed. The research dimensions included ”misconception analysis,” ”thoughts on relative space,” ”digital learning strategies,” ”implementation of eco-topics,” and ”inspiring creative thinking”. The research found that the formation of science concepts and the development of technological innovation are through the achievement of planning and management strategies.
