專案式學習在知識管理平台之網路行為權重之分析

The Behavior of project-based Learning in Knowledge Management Platform

摘要


本研究旨在透過專案式學習(Project Based Learning)教學方式,探究網路平台知識管理行為評分機制之建置,利用層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process),透過專家比較問卷,經由Expert Choice專家選擇系統之分析,並通過信度與效度的檢驗,建構出平台知識管理評分標準的科學依據,作為分析專案式學習網路社群知識管理行為設計權重之參考。 經由文獻分析方式,建構出知識管理平台網路行為模式,包括知識創新、知識分享與知識移轉的相關因素;而透過AHP層級分析法,將知識管理平台網路行為賦予權重,其中在「知識創新」的網路行為細項分析中,以「原創性新增文章」是評估者認為最重要的行為,其次依序為「上傳檔案」、「附加連結」和「回覆文章」;在知識分享的網路行為細項分析中,以「一般性新增文章」是評估者認為最重要的行為,其次依序為「標籤定義」和「推薦文章」;在知識移轉的網路行為細項分析中,以「蒐集文章」是評估者認為最重要的行為,其次依序為「點閱文章」、「點選連結」和「下載附件」。未來能進一步應用專案式學習在平台權重的各項記錄,真實反應成員在網路平台上知識管理的行為過程,作為研究網路社群知識發展與知識管理行為的評估與依據。

This paper presents a taxonomy model which applies analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to project-based learning. The AHP is utilized to generate the weights (importances) for the input variables for the taxonomy model by Expert Choice. By the knowledge managemant literatures, the KM website has been built for three kind of behaviors, including creating knowledge, sharing knowledge and transfering knowledge. Four factors of creating knowledge are calculated by AHP including adding a creative article (the most important), upload a creative file, add an URL and replying other's article. Three factors of sharing knowledge are calculated by AHP including adding an uncreative article (the most important), adding a tag of an article and recommending a good article. Four factors of transfering knowledge are calculated by AHP including collecting an article (the most important), clicking an article, clicking an URL and downloading a file. To investigate the importances among the ten factors, we construct a behavior model of project-based learning in KM platform.
