汽車修護從業人員對高職汽油引擎課程需求特性之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討「高職汽油引擎專業及實習課程」之適切性，透過文獻探討、實地訪談以及問卷調查等方法進行研究，回收有效問卷152份，所得資料採用t檢定、單因子變異數、薛費法事後比較等統計方法分析。結論如下： 一、專業課程需求特性強弱排序：現代汽油引擎發展趨勢、引擎本體機件之構造、燃料與燃燒、廢氣控制、汽油引擎點火系統、汽油引擎性能、汽油引擎原理、其他燃料系統介紹、汽油引擎冷卻系統、燃料蒸發氣體淨化裝置、汽油引擎潤滑系統與燃料汽化系統。 二、實習課程需求特性強弱排序：點火系統電路及零件檢修、引擎組合、引擎測試與檢驗、引擎調整、排放污染氣體控制系統檢修、汽油泵檢修、分電盤的檢修、冷卻系檢修、引擎機件量測、潤滑系檢修、引擎分解與清洗、燃料系保養與化油器檢修。

The purpose of this research was to discuss the aptness of contemporary vocational high school gasoline engine professional and practical course. This research proceeds with research by document analysis, interviewing on the spot, and filling in the questionnaire. There were 152 copies. T-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe's Post Hoc method were used on the data analysis. The major results showed as follows:
1. The high-low order of need characteristic portion on Professional Curriculum Items: Gasoline Engine Development, Gasoline Engine Structure, Fuel and Combustion, Emission Control System, Gasoline Engine Ignition System, Gasoline Engine Performance, Gasoline Engine Theory, Other Fuel System Introduction, Gasoline Engine Cooling System, Purify Evaporative Fuel Device, Gasoline Engine Lubrication System, and Gasoline Engine Fuel System.
2. The high-low order of need characteristic portion on Practical Curriculum Items: Ignition Current and Accessory Repairing, Engine Assembly, Engine Test, Engine Adjustment, Emission of Engine System Repairing, Fuel Pump Repairing, Distributor Repairing, Cooling Repairing, Engine Accessory Measure, Lubrication System Repairing Engine Dismantlement and cleaning, Fuel System Servicing, and Carburetor Repairing.
