汽車美容教學方案對高職綜職科學生訓練成效之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討汽車美容教學方案對汽車美容知能之學習成效。研究對象為高職綜合職能科一年級的智能障礙學生,受試者依智力程度及動作能力分為四個實驗組,學習目標為汽車外部清洗的沖濕、噴泡沫、刷洗、沖淨泡沫及擦乾等項目。研究設採用單一受試實驗研究之倒返實驗設計,自變項為「汽車美容教學方案」的電腦多媒體輔助教學、逐步養成之基本行為教導策略及增強策略,依變項為「汽車美容知能」之工作知識、操作技能及工作態度。每位受試者皆進行基線期、介入期、維持期三個實驗階段,每次教學後進行評量,對評量的結果進行分析,以了解學生的學習成效。 本研究結論如下: 一、「電腦多媒體輔助教學」能明顯提升不同能力之高職綜職科學生在汽車美容知能的工作知識學習成效,並有良好維持效果。 二、「逐步養成之基本行為教導策略」能明顯提升不同能力之高職綜職科學生在汽車美容知能的操作技能學習成效,並有良好維持效果。 三、受限於四組受試者的工作態度平均正確率在基準線階段已高於87%,增強策略對不同能力之高職綜職科學生在汽車美容知能的工作態度學習成效提升有限。 最後,綜合本研究所獲得之結論,提出對教育人員與未來後續研究之建議。

The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of Automobile Beauty Training Program for students with mental retardation in a vocational high school. The subjects divided into four groups according to IQ levels and motor ability. The learning goals of car washing are pre-soaking, soaping-up, scrubbing, rinsing and drying. The method of single subject reversal design was used in this study to examine the effectiveness of the treatment. The independent variable was Automobile Beauty Training Program, including Multi-Media Computer-Assisted Instruction, Shaping and Prompts Strategy and Reinforce Strategy. The dependent variances were the learning effects of students’ competency. The competency includes knowledge, operation skills and working attitude. The results of this study were as following: 1. After receiving Multi-Media Computer-Assisted Instruction on four groups with different capacities, the learning effects of knowledge were improved and maintained as well. 2. After receiving Shaping and Prompts Strategy on four groups with different capacities, the learning effects of operation skills were improved and maintained as well. 3. After receiving Reinforce Strategy, the learning effects of working attitude were limited, because the average percentages of correct answers at basic-line period was over 87%. Finally, the conclusions were provided to educators and suggestions were proposed for future research.
