偏鄉地區民眾接受資訊課程影響因素之研究-以高雄縣杉林地區為例

An Exploratory Study on User Acceptance of Information Curriculum-Based on Shanlin Township, Kaohsiung County

摘要


本研究為前導性研究,旨在探討偏鄉地區民眾對資訊課程的接受現況,以及影響偏鄉民眾接受資訊課程之影響因子。本研究從數位機會中心計畫所推行的教育面、經濟面、社會面、社會面等四個構面來探討偏鄉民眾,對資訊課程有用性及易用性的接受程度。並從敍述統計,了解偏鄉地區民眾參加數位機會中心課程意願預測情形。本研究之研究工具參考國內外相關文獻所編製成調查問卷,並經過家專審查,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、資訊課程有用性、資訊課程易用性等外部變項量表。研究對象為以杉林數位機會中心所在的民眾,進行前導性研究,研究調查所得資訊以統計軟體SPSS17.0軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析來進行統計分析,以獲得結果。 調查所得資料經統計分析之後,主要的研究發現如下: 一、本研究根據研究結果顯示,「族群」、「教育程度」等因素,在探討偏鄉民眾資訊課程接受情形中,是較具有明顯差異的主要變項。 二、族群因素在「資訊課程有用性」、「資訊課程易用性」有顯著差異。而且新移民對於資訊課程的接受度高於客家人與閩南人。 三、教育程度因素在「資訊課程有用性」有顯著差異。而且學歷越高對於資訊課程的接受度越高。

This study was a pilot study of digital divide aimed to explore the acceptance of information curriculum conducted in rural area. This research applied four dimensions, such as educational power, economic power, social power, and culture power to discuss the ”usefulness” and ”ease to use” of information courses devised by the Digital Opportunity Center. A questionnaire was distributed to the residents who live in Shanlin township, Kaohsiung County. The data was analyze by SPSS 17.0 using descriptive analysis, t test and ANOVA. The findings were as follow: 1. There were significant differences among ”ethnicity” and ”education” dimension. 2. There were significant differences among ethnic group in ”usefulness” and ”ease to use” dimension. The new migrations have higher acceptance of information curriculum than ”Hakka” and ”Hoklo” group. 3. There were significant differences among ”education” factors, and the higher the educational level the higher acceptance of information curriculum.
