高等教育教師教學策略對學生知識吸收能力與職涯發展之跨層次關係初探

The Primary Cross-Level Research on Faculties' Instructional Strategies of Higher Education on the Relationship between Students' Absorptive Capacity and Career Development

摘要


隨著國民教育水平的提升,高等教育已成為培育社會基本知識人力的重要管道。而在高教育成本下,如何透過教師的教學策略有效培育學生適性適才的職涯潛能已是當今重要議題,然而目前探討這種跨層次議題的研究尚顯不足,若有其初探結論將有助於高等教育供需市場關係的瞭解與連結。 因此,本研究以質性研究法初探教師教學策略對學生知識吸收能力與職涯發展之跨層次關係,其中由於人力資源管理已是一門成熟的管理學科,教師多具有成熟的教學策略,並且由於職涯發展為本學科的重要修讀內容,修讀本學科的學生對於未來職涯發展也較會去思考,因此本研究議題將以人力資源管理學科為例。本研究資料蒐集的方式主要為深度訪談法,對象包括教授人力資源管理的教師以及選讀本學科的學生,訪談資料以內容分析法進行,進而獲得相關假說,包括學生的知識吸收能力會影響未來的職涯發展,並且在學期間人力資源管理教師的教學策略會跨層次調節學生知識吸收能力對職涯發展的關係。由於本研究乃為初探,建議未來可發展相關量表並採階層線性模式做進一步的量化分析。期盼本研究及後續相關研究能對高等教育策略、教師教學與學生知識及職涯發展多所助益。

With the upgrading of the level of national education, higher education has become an important channel for nurturing knowledge talent. In considering the high cost of higher education, how faculties' instructional strategies to nurture the students' career potential is the important issue. Nowadays, there is lack of cross-level research on this issue. If the study finds out conclusion of primary research, it will contribute to the understanding of market relations between supply and demand of higher education and their links. Therefore, this study uses qualitative research method to primary research on the instructional strategies to absorptive capacity and career development of students. As the human resource management (HRM) is already a mature management discipline, most of faculties had mature instructional strategies, and because career development has already become an important course in this discipline. The students, who take this course, maybe more realized the dimension, so this study issue will be focus on the discipline of HRM. This study's main method of data collection is depth interview. The research objects including faculties who teaching in HRM and the students who choose the subjects. The data of Interviews use content analysis. Thus get the hypothesis, which are including absorptive capacity effect on the future career development. And during the study period time, the faculties' instructional strategies of HRM cross-level moderate the relationship of the absorptive capacity and career development. Since the study is primary research, suggest that the future can be developed scales and use hierarchical data modeling testing the cross-level model. Look forward to the study and follow-up research for higher education, teaching of faculties and career development are more helpful.
