摘要


機車在台灣人的生活中佔有極重大的地位,但是機車所排放的廢氣,是造成空氣污染的主要活動污染源。因此必須研發更有效率的燃燒技術以節省能源,並減少因燃燒行為所產生的空氣污染量。本研究藉由電解純水產生氫、氧氣體,並將其與汽油混合,同時注入引擎燃燒,氫、氧氣體即產即用,無需儲氫裝置。再運用機車底盤動力計進行性能測試,最後進行實走耐久測試。實驗結果顯示,氫油混合燃燒具較佳的燃燒效率,因此馬力及扭力提升,每單位千瓦油耗(油耗比)降低,因氫氣具有較高的熱值,所以機油溫度及火星塞溫度上升。在排污方面,CO及HC降低,CO2及NOx增加,此項技術之研發可達節能環保的目的。

The motorcycle plays an important role in the daily life for Taiwanese people. However, the motorcycles emissions are the main moving air pollution sources. Therefore, it is important to develop more efficient combustion technology in order to save energy and reduce air pollution. This research produces hydrogen and oxygen using electrolytic technique, and then they and gasoline fuel mixture are injected into engines for combustion. The hydrogen is used on demand without the need for any hydrogen storage device. The motorcycle performance is test by the chassis dynamometer, and then process ride test. The results reveal that this technology can increase the power and torque, and decrease fuel consumption per kilopower due to promote combution efficiency. In addition, the hydrogen has greater haet value, so the oil temperature and plug temperature increase. This technique can reduce CO and HC, but increase CO2 and NOx. This technique can achieve energy saving and environment-friendly purpose.
