Thermoelectric Generator Module Reliability Tests

摘要


本研究採用三種熱電模組進行長期壽命測試,自製模組在溫差150℃(高溫端175℃與低溫端25℃)的條件下進行測試,隨時間之拉長電阻逐漸增加,直到測試時間為25,032小時後,其電阻平均值增加至約為5.1%。而ZT值部分發現隨時間的衰退幅度不大,模組平均ZT 值衰退量約3.9%左右。M牌熱電模組高溫端175℃與低溫端25℃熱電模組連續運作長期測試,當測試時間為15,288小時,模組電阻平均值增加至約為13.5%。而M牌熱電模組高溫端195℃與低溫端25℃熱電模組連續運作長期測試,當測試時間為25,000小時,模組電阻平均值增加至約為15.0%。

The study investigates three kinds of thermoelectric modules for long-term life tests. The homemade modules are tested in temperature difference 150 ℃ (hot side temperature is 175 ℃ and cold side temperature is 25 ℃).
